I believe Win-Win is the way to go! Although a Real Estate Transaction can be an emotional and often stressful time, working with a Realtor who is understanding, educated, attentive to details and patient enables the Client to be more relaxed, allowing for a  better understanding of the whole picture. An educated and informed Client/Consumer is the Best Client/Consumer to work with. What you don't understand, I will be more than happy to help with!
